Service Description

This is a “get to know each other” session which typically takes 30 – 45 minutes and is aimed to establish if you will benefit from Life Coaching. There is no obligation on your part to continue further and the session is free of charge. Normally this is done on the phone or Skype but if you are local to Ipswich and prefer a more personal touch you are welcome to visit me.
